Lauren Petka, LPC Associate

When trauma occurs (whether in early childhood or adulthood) and you feel alone in your suffering, healing must occur within a safe and connected relationship. This is why Lauren places the therapeutic relationship at the center of her work. She’s the type of therapist who will be with you through it all— not just your pain, challenges, and worries, but your successes and growth too. In working together, her aim is to blend both insight and goal-focused work. She artfully balances tenderness, curiosity, and her direct style to help you understand, and most importantly transform, how past experiences impact you today.

Britt Fellwock, LPC

Owner & Clinical Director

Individual Therapy for Adults & Professional Consultation

Accepting New Clients

Clarifying what you truly desire for yourself and what is getting in the way of your healing is the work Britt does best. Her skillset and training are extensive, which she leverages to get to the core of your unconscious (and maybe even consciously held) patterns that have far outlived their usefulness in your life today. Britt gets it— many of our current relationship dynamics were once early adaptations to survive trauma. While there are hidden pleasures in maintaining these old strategies, if you’re willing, Britt can support you in accessing your adult agency and freeing yourself from self-limiting, self-guilting, and self-rejecting patterns born in the past.

Areas of Specialization:

Traumatic Experiences, Childhood Trauma, Perfectionism, Difficult Family Dynamics, Relationship & Trauma Patterns, Transformational Life Experiences, Grief & Loss, Self-Confidence

Therapeutic Approach:

EMDR, Attachment Focused EMDR, Adjunct EMDR, NARM, Somatic Experiencing, Attachment-Focused Therapy, AEDP, IFS Parts Work, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Depth & Insight-Oriented
