Clarifying what you truly desire for yourself and what is getting in the way of your healing is the work Britt does best. Her skillset and training are extensive, which she leverages to get to the core of your unconscious (and maybe even consciously held) patterns that have far outlived their usefulness in your life today. Britt gets it— many of our current relationship dynamics were once early adaptations to survive trauma. While there are hidden pleasures in maintaining these old strategies, if you’re willing, Britt can support you in accessing your adult agency and free yourself from self-limiting, self-guilting, and self-rejecting patterns born in the past.
