This Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy ("Policy") governs your access to and use of https://www.emdrtherapyaustin.com/ (the "Site"), operated by EMDR Therapy Austin PLLC ("EMDR Therapy Austin," "we," "us," or "our"), a professional limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Texas.
By using this Site, whether as a visitor, prospective client, current client, or professional seeking information about supervision or training, you agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Services Offered
EMDR Therapy Austin PLLC is a group psychotherapy practice licensed in the State of Texas providing the following:
Individual psychotherapy services, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy, Adjunct EMDR therapy, and NARM (Neuroaffective Relational Model) therapy, to adult clients located in Texas.
Digital products and courses sold and delivered through this Site, including downloadable educational materials.
Information and resources for licensed mental health professionals, including content related to clinical supervision and professional training.
Psychotherapy services are provided in compliance with applicable Texas law and are governed by separate client service agreements, informed consent documents, and EMDR Therapy Austin’s Notice of Privacy Practices (NOPP) and our Access to Health Records & Filing Complaints policy, both posted separately on this Site. Nothing in this Policy modifies or supersedes those documents.
2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care
The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and EMDR Therapy Austin or any of its clinicians.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, call 911 or the 988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) immediately. Do not rely on this Site in an emergency.
Always consult a licensed mental health professional or physician regarding any personal mental health concerns. Never disregard or delay seeking professional advice because of something you read on this Site.
Submission of a contact form or inquiry on this Site does not establish a therapist-client relationship. A relationship is established only through a signed client services agreement.
